When is my appointment confirmed?+
Your first text is a request. Your chair is set when Damon replies with the confirmed time and says, “Booked. Just like that.”
Where is the studio?+
Like That Cutz is a private one-chair studio in Macomb, Michigan. The exact address and Damon’s direct number arrive together after your appointment is confirmed.
What if I need to change my time?+
Send Damon a message at least 24 hours ahead to cancel or reschedule. A 10-minute late grace period is built in; after that, the appointment may need to move so the next client stays on time.
What is the Spiceball finish?+
It’s the barber-community name for the traditional alcohol-spray finish after the final line check. Tell Damon in your notes if you prefer to skip it.
